Reservation and Cancellation Policy
All activities and equipment rentals require advanced reservations and prepayment. Individual cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the event/rental. Groups of six people or more must cancel 14 days in advance or payment will be forfeited. All camp, instructional programs and trips with meals require a 30 day notice of cancellation. If Clearwater Sports cancels an event/trip, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for inclement weather, trips go rain or shine.
