ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON USED & DEMO BOATS
KAYAK, CANOE, & SUP DEPOSIT POICY – All deposits on kayaks, canoes, and SUPs are non-refundable. These deposits can only be used towards paddle craft. If the paddle craft is a Special Order the deposit can only be used for that Special Order.
DEPOSITS are processed at the time an order is placed. Balances must be paid in full upon arrival of the order. Orders must be picked up within 30 days of their arrival.
KAYAK, CANOE, & SUP RETURN POLICY – All sales are final on kayaks, canoes, and SUPs. If there is a manufacturer’s defect or shipping damage we will do our best to work with the manufacturer/shipper to rectify the issue.
SPECIAL ORDERS – Deposits are required and non-refundable on all special orders. These include kayaks, canoes, SUPs,  roof racks, skis, ski boots, packs, clothing, and footwear. All sales are final on special orders.
